Availability

This page defines how availability works at Sterling Roots. All work is released as it is completed at the bench, and availability is determined only by finished pieces currently listed. Collectors will find clear guidance on where availability is confirmed, how new work is added, what happens once a piece is collected, and how continuity is maintained without volume or production scheduling. This page is limited to availability structure only, not ordering or shipping details.

Where Availability Is Defined

The Sterling Roots website is the single reference point for online availability. All current offerings are confirmed, listed, and held as available only through the site. Social platforms and studio presentations exist to show completed work in context and scale, but they do not establish availability.

In-studio, collectors may find a wider body of work that is offered only in person and not shown online. Online availability should always be verified directly through the website listing itself.

Real-Time Website Inventory

Website inventory reflects current availability in real time. Pieces shown as available are currently held for acquisition through the online shop. Once collected, a piece is removed from availability immediately.

Sterling Roots does not maintain static inventory or projected stock. Availability is defined only by what is present and complete. Collectors should rely on the live website listing rather than external references or assumptions.

Weekly Rhythm of Release

New work is added weekly on Wednesdays. This cadence reflects steady studio output, not a retail schedule or volume-based release system. Pieces are added only as they are finished through traditional tool work—forms resolved through heat, hammer, setting, and refinement.

The work leads the timing. Availability is not based on forecast or production targets, but on completed bench work brought fully into form.

Collector Edition Presentations

Collector Edition is a studio-presented video format designed to show finished work in dimension, scale, and presence beyond photography. All pieces shown are already live on the website at the time of presentation.

Collector Edition is not a preview, a live event, or a sales performance. It functions only as a clearer viewing format for the week’s completed offerings.

Once a Piece Is Collected

Once a piece is collected, it is no longer available. Exact one-of-a-kind works are not recreated. Over time, related techniques or forms may reappear, but never with a promise of duplication.

Each finished piece carries its own singular presence. Availability applies only to what is currently listed and uncollected.

Continuity Without Volume

Studio output varies according to the work itself and the materials involved. Sterling Roots does not operate on fixed quantity, production targets, or volume-driven release expectations.

Availability follows the progression of bench work—what can be built with integrity, precision, and the time required for true hand-forged jewelry.

Ordering Reference

All ordering takes place through the website. Sterling Roots ships within the United States daily, and each piece is packaged with care and permanence consistent with collector-level work.

Detailed purchasing steps, shipping terms, and handling policy are addressed on the dedicated Acquire pages.
