Hand-forged in the Adirondack foothills, this one-of-a-kind sterling silver pendant features a substantial freeform amethyst framed within a scalloped bezel and finished with a hummingbird accent. The irregular shape of the natural stone guides the composition, while the hummingbird brings a small, dimensional element of movement to the design.

At approximately 1.5 inches in length, this artisan sterling silver pendant balances natural stone presence with the disciplined bench work characteristic of Sterling Roots.

This handcrafted silver pendant is built individually within our Adirondack jewelry studio using traditional silversmithing tools and hands-on fabrication techniques.

The freeform amethyst is individually fitted within its scalloped bezel, requiring the setting to follow the unique contours of the stone. The hummingbird accent is then incorporated into the composition, balancing stone and silver through proportion, placement, and precision work.
