One-of-a-Kind Blue Flash Labradorite Triple Band Ring — Horizontal Three-Stone Design
One-of-a-Kind Blue Flash Labradorite Triple Band Ring — Horizontal Three-Stone Design
This one-of-a-kind sterling silver ring is built with intention and scale. Three oval blue flash labradorite stones are set horizontally, creating a strong, uninterrupted line across the finger. Scalloped bezels and hand-sawn outer edges frame each stone with precision, while bead accents divide and define the composition.
At approximately 1.5 inches in length, this is a Signature tier statement — balanced, architectural, and bench-forged in sterling silver.
Scale & Substance
Measuring just under 1.5 inches across, this ring carries clear visual authority. The horizontal layout elongates the hand, while the triple band construction anchors the piece with structural strength.
Each band is aligned and soldered to maintain symmetry and durability. The result is a ring that feels grounded and substantial, with weight distributed evenly for stability and comfort.
This is bench-forged silver shaped for presence.
Stone & Material Character
The three oval labradorite cabochons were sourced from the Tucson Gem & Mineral Show, selected for their high blue flash and tonal depth. Though similar in size and character, each stone carries its own movement of light — shifting as it meets the horizon.
Scalloped bezels follow the curves of each cabochon, while bead accents sit between the stones, creating rhythm across the surface. The outer backplate was hand sawn to echo each stone and bead, producing a flowing perimeter that reinforces the organic line of the design.
The sterling silver enhances contrast, allowing the blue flash to remain the focal point.
Studio Process
Each bezel was formed and shaped individually before being soldered into a unified horizontal composition. The backplate was hand cut with a jeweler’s saw, then refined to mirror the contour of the stones and bead accents.
The triple band was measured, forged, and aligned to support the scale of the face. Final shaping, finishing, and balancing were completed at the bench to ensure structural integrity and clean proportion.
This is artisan silver jewelry formed through disciplined handwork and traditional silversmithing techniques.
