Charoite Feather Sterling Silver Pendant

This one-of-a-kind sterling silver pendant is built with flowing form, sculptural detail, and rich natural color. A fancy-shaped Charoite is elevated within a gallery bezel, while a hand-formed feather wraps gracefully from the top of the pendant to its lower tip, creating movement and depth throughout the composition.

Positioned within the Signature tier, this pendant reflects refined bench-forged silver work and an intentional balance between natural stone and forged metal.

Scale & Substance

Measuring almost 2 inches in length, this pendant carries a substantial presence with a balanced vertical profile. The elongated feather creates a sense of movement across the stone, while the elevated gallery setting adds depth and dimension.

Its larger scale allows every element of the composition to remain clearly defined and visually impactful.

Stone & Material Character

The centerpiece is a fancy-shaped Charoite displaying rich purple tones with the naturally flowing patterns that make the stone so distinctive. Raised within a gallery bezel, the stone gains additional depth and architectural presence.

A hand-forged feather follows the contour of the pendant from top to bottom, introducing texture and organic movement. Along the lower edge, solid sterling silver bead accents create a balanced finish while adding dimensional contrast to the design.

The oxidized sterling silver enhances the contours of the feather and gallery bezel, bringing depth and definition to the entire composition.

Studio Process

This pendant is bench-forged silver, constructed through extensive handwork at the studio bench. The gallery bezel is individually formed to the Charoite before the feather is shaped and integrated to follow the natural lines of the stone.

Each sterling silver bead accent is individually positioned along the lower edge to complete the composition. The finished pendant reflects careful attention to balance, structure, and sculptural detail.
