Stone & Material Character
The Emerald Rose variscite is set horizontally, presenting natural variation in tone and pattern across its surface. Its placement emphasizes the breadth of the stone, allowing its character to fully read within the composition.
Behind the stone, a three-dimensional mountainscape rises—adding depth and terrain-like texture. A sculpted feather flows upward from the base, partially wrapping over the stone and introducing movement against the structured background.
Studio Process
This pendant is bench-forged silver, constructed through layered handwork at the studio bench. The mountainscape is formed to create dimensional relief, while the bezel is shaped precisely to the stone.
The feather is sculpted and integrated into the composition, flowing upward in alignment with the triangular form. Each element is built and assembled with attention to balance, depth, and structural integrity.
