This one-of-a-kind spinner ring is hand-forged in sterling silver in our Adirondack jewelry studio, shaped at the bench using traditional silversmithing tools. The wide sterling silver band is paired with two independently moving spinner rings—one formed from twisted sterling silver wire and the other from solid brass. Built through disciplined metalwork, this piece reflects the structure, weight, and dimensional presence of hand-forged sterling silver jewelry.
Form & Proportion
The ring carries a wide, substantial profile that sits with strong visual presence on the hand. The layered spinner bands introduce movement and contrast across the surface, while the width of the shank creates a grounded, stable fit. The proportions are intentional—bold and structured, with balanced spacing between the mixed metal elements.
Materials & Method
Forged from solid sterling silver, the base band is shaped and refined through controlled tool work within the studio. A twisted sterling silver spinner ring introduces texture and light variation, while the solid brass spinner provides warmth and contrast in tone. Each element is built for smooth movement and long-term durability, resulting in heirloom quality silver with dimensional character.
