This one-of-a-kind sterling silver ring is a Signature statement built with vertical scale and shifting color. Three oval labradorite stones are stacked in an east-west orientation, forming a continuous line of flash across the finger.
Scalloped bezels and bead accents define each stone, while a hand-sawn scalloped backplate reinforces the flowing perimeter. Anchored by a triple shank and finished with oxidation, this is artisan silver jewelry shaped with precision and presence.
Scale & Substance
This ring carries strong vertical presence through its stacked three-stone design. The elongated silhouette creates a clear visual line, drawing the eye upward while maintaining balance across the hand.
The triple shank construction supports the full height of the ring, distributing weight evenly and reinforcing durability. The oxidized finish deepens the structure, allowing each element — bezel, bead, and stone — to read with clarity.

Stone & Material Character
The three labradorite cabochons display varied flashes of color. The top and bottom stones carry a green-toned flash, while the center stone reveals a broader spectrum — shifting through yellow, orange, blue, green, and purple.
Each stone is set in a scalloped bezel, with sterling bead accents placed between them to create rhythm and separation. The scalloped backplate follows the contour of the stones, producing a cohesive outer form.
The oxidized sterling silver enhances contrast, allowing the movement of color within the labradorite to remain the focal point.
Studio Process
Each bezel was individually formed and aligned into a vertical stacked composition. Bead accents were placed between the stones to establish spacing and visual continuity.
The backplate was hand-sawn to follow the curves of the stones and beads, creating a unified silhouette. A triple band was forged and secured beneath the ring face to support the scale and structure.
Final oxidation and finishing refined depth and surface detail across the piece.
This is disciplined metalwork shaped through traditional silversmithing techniques and controlled bench work.
