This one-of-a-kind sterling silver cuff is built with weight, balance, and refined structure. A large oval purple labradorite and a freeform amethyst sit side by side in an east-west alignment, creating a grounded, dual-stone composition supported by a substantial split cuff design.
Positioned within the Signature tier, this piece reflects scale, material integrity, and controlled bench-forged silver work.
Scale & Substance
This cuff carries a strong, substantial presence, formed from a heavy 10g double band that splits at the top to support the stone settings. The structure allows the stones to sit with stability while maintaining comfort through the underside, where the bands reconnect.
The form distributes weight evenly across the wrist, creating a secure and balanced fit within its size range.
Stone & Material Character
The purple labradorite displays shifting flashes of violet tones across its surface, while the amethyst introduces a deeper, saturated purple in a freeform shape. Together, the stones create contrast in both form and tone while maintaining cohesion within the composition.
Both stones are set in scalloped bezels with slight overhanging backplates, adding depth and shadow. Sterling silver ball accents introduce separation and rhythm between the stones.
Studio Process
This cuff is bench-forged silver, shaped and assembled through controlled handwork at the studio bench. The double band is formed, split, and aligned to support the stone settings while maintaining structural integrity.
Each bezel is formed to its stone, and the full composition is assembled with attention to spacing, alignment, and balance. The result is a cohesive structure that integrates stone and metalwork with precision.
