This purple spiny oyster and turquoise pendant joins two distinct cabochons through a hand-forged sterling silver windswept swirl. Measuring approximately 2 inches in length, the pendant creates a vertical composition with turquoise at the top and a heart-shaped purple spiny oyster at the base.
A round turquoise cabochon is secured in a scalloped bezel at the top of the pendant. Below it, the larger heart-shaped purple spiny oyster is set in a coordinating scalloped bezel. A forged S-shaped swirl is soldered between the two settings, creating an open transition that adds movement and separates the contrasting colors.
Oxidation defines the scalloped bezels, swirl, and recessed construction details. A high-polish finish brightens the raised sterling silver surfaces.
This is a one-of-a-kind Sterling Roots work, hand-forged in the foothills of the Adirondacks. The pendant is sold without a chain; Sterling Roots chains may be purchased separately.

Care
