Scale & Substance

With a width measuring over half an inch, this cuff carries a strong, grounded presence on the wrist. The structure is substantial without excess weight, allowing it to sit securely while maintaining comfort.

The slightly offset opening introduces asymmetry, giving the cuff a natural, flowing line rather than a fixed, rigid alignment.

Stone & Material Character

This piece is defined by its silverwork. The outer edges carry a subtle wave, while a flowing wire moves across the top surface, echoing the motion of a river.

Flattened sterling silver elements are placed along this path, resembling river-worn stones and adding dimensional texture. Beneath, the surface carries wave-like impressions, reinforcing the layered movement across the cuff.

The oxidized finish enhances contrast, allowing the contours and textures to stand forward.

Studio Process

This cuff is bench-forged silver, shaped and refined through controlled handwork at the studio bench. The band is formed with a subtle wave along its edges, while the surface is worked to create depth through both imprint and applied elements.

The flowing wire and flattened silver accents are individually shaped and placed, then integrated into the structure. The final form is refined to maintain balance between movement and structural integrity.
