This one-of-a-kind ring is built in our Adirondack jewelry studio from solid sterling silver with a copper spinner band, shaped and refined at the bench using traditional silversmithing tools. The wide flared shank carries a stamped floral pattern, while a heavy twisted square wire copper band moves freely along the surface. Formed through disciplined metalwork, this piece reflects the structure and presence of hand-forged sterling silver jewelry.
Form & Proportion
The ring is constructed with a wide, flared shank, creating a strong, grounded profile across the finger. The spinner band sits securely within the form, allowing smooth rotation while maintaining balance. The proportions are substantial and intentional, offering both visual weight and a stable, comfortable fit.
Materials & Method
Forged from solid sterling silver, the base ring is shaped and stamped to create a repeating floral pattern across the surface. A heavy twisted square copper wire band is integrated as a spinner, introducing contrast in tone and movement. The combination of metals is handled with precision, resulting in a durable and dimensional piece built for daily wear.
