This piece is part of our Masterwork series — rare, architectural works produced in limited quantity each year. Built at the bench in our Adirondack studio, it represents our most substantial and deliberate output.

Hand-forged in solid sterling silver in the Adirondack foothills, this one-of-a-kind silver jewelry piece was built as a singular finished work and will not be recreated. Constructed using traditional silversmithing tools, the cuff reflects disciplined bench practice, structural integrity, and controlled dimensional form.

This is the exact piece you will receive.

Form & Wearability

Built around a hand-sawn loon captured in upward motion, the focal element rises from the cuff surface rather than sitting flat. The wings are formed dimensionally, creating lift and shadow across the silver.

Hand-textured detailing defines the body and wings, reinforcing line and movement. Flowing grasses emerge from beneath the cuff and travel upward through the center of the composition, guiding the eye vertically and balancing the visual mass of the loon.

The cuff carries substantial weight and was constructed to maintain structural strength on the wrist. Designed to fit a 6.5–7 inch wrist circumference, it holds its shape securely while delivering heirloom-grade presence.

Material & Studio Practice

As part of our hand-forged sterling silver jewelry tradition, this cuff was shaped entirely at the bench through hammer, saw, file, and fire. The loon was individually hand-sawn and formed to achieve dimensional lift. Surface texture was applied intentionally to create tonal depth without excess ornamentation.

A single green azurite stone is set as a controlled point of contrast, grounding the composition with natural color while preserving the dominance of forged silver form.

This artisan sterling silver bracelet reflects disciplined metalwork from our Adirondack jewelry studio—balanced, deliberate, and built without replication.
