Hand-forged in solid sterling silver in the Adirondack foothills, this one-of-a-kind silver jewelry piece was built as a singular finished work. Centered around a forged trillium form, the necklace reflects disciplined bench practice, structural balance, and intentional mass.
This is the only one created in this form.
Form & Wearability
Constructed with substantial weight and grounded presence, this necklace was proportioned to support the density of solid sterling silver. The trillium form anchors the composition, resting with stability across the collarbone at a 20-inch length.
The scale favors permanence over ornamentation. Edges are defined. Surfaces are controlled. The silhouette is deliberate and restrained, allowing the strength of form to carry the design.
This is everyday forged silver elevated through weight and proportion—built to sit with authority and remain wearable.
Material & Studio Practice
As part of our hand-forged sterling silver jewelry tradition, this necklace was shaped entirely at the bench using traditional silversmithing tools. Hammer and fire establish structure. Files and hand-finishing refine the surface.
An oxidized finish was applied intentionally to deepen contrast and reinforce dimensional lines within the trillium form. Selective refinement across raised surfaces creates tonal variation while maintaining a grounded, heirloom-grade presence.
This artisan sterling silver work reflects disciplined metalwork from our Adirondack jewelry studio—formed by hand, balanced by eye, and completed without replication.
