Turquoise & Purple Spiny Oyster Double Heart Sterling Silver Cuff

Two heart-shaped stones come together in this one-of-a-kind, hand-forged sterling silver cuff bracelet. A purple spiny oyster heart and a green turquoise heart are arranged vertically in a north-south composition, each framed with distinctly different silverwork.

The purple spiny oyster is secured within a scalloped bezel, while the green turquoise is set in a straight bezel surrounded by a twisted sterling silver rope border. Together, the two settings create a layered focal point against a slender, single-band cuff.

Built for a wrist circumference of approximately 6–6.5 inches, this bracelet balances distinctive stonework with a refined, streamlined silver structure.

Scale & Substance

This cuff features a thin, single-band sterling silver construction, allowing the double-heart arrangement to remain the central focus.

The two hearts are positioned north-south, creating an elongated composition across the top of the wrist. Their individual settings introduce dimension and texture without requiring a heavy or wide cuff band.

The result is a distinctive statement in a more restrained silver profile.

Stone & Material Character

Two heart-shaped cabochons establish the design:

• Purple spiny oyster: Set within a scalloped sterling silver bezel, introducing a shaped silver edge around the heart.

• Green turquoise: Secured within a straight sterling silver bezel and surrounded by a twisted rope accent that follows the perimeter of the setting.

The contrasting colors and bezel treatments give each stone its own definition while maintaining a cohesive double-heart composition.

Studio Process

This cuff is individually bench-forged at the Sterling Roots studio using traditional silversmithing techniques.

The slender sterling silver band is formed to follow the wrist. Each heart-shaped stone receives an individually constructed bezel, with the purple spiny oyster framed by scalloped silver and the turquoise finished with a straight bezel and twisted rope border.

The settings are arranged vertically and incorporated into the cuff, with attention to proportion, alignment, and the relationship between the two hearts.
