This one-of-a-kind ring features an oval genuine Wild Horse Jasper set in hand-forged sterling silver, built in our Adirondack jewelry studio using traditional silversmithing tools. The naturally patterned stone is secured within a clean straight bezel and set above a wrapped split shank, giving the ring added structure and dimension while allowing the jasper to remain the focal point.

Form & Proportion

The classic oval cabochon creates a balanced profile across the hand, showcasing the distinctive natural patterning found within Wild Horse Jasper. Beneath the stone, the sterling silver shank splits and wraps through the design, creating movement and a more substantial presence than a traditional single band.

The combination of the clean bezel and dimensional shank keeps the design refined while introducing visible structure through the silverwork.

Materials & Method

Forged from solid sterling silver, the ring is formed and refined entirely at the bench. The straight bezel is individually shaped around the Wild Horse Jasper cabochon, creating a crisp perimeter that allows the stone's natural pattern to stand forward. The wrapped split shank is hand-formed and joined through traditional silversmithing techniques, adding stability and distinctive detail to the finished ring.
