Zebra Jasper Big Bead Hand-Forged Sterling Silver Pendant

Hand-forged in the Adirondack foothills, this one-of-a-kind sterling silver pendant features an offset triangular Zebra Jasper set within a distinctive inverted heart bezel. Graduated solid sterling silver beads travel along one edge of the stone, beginning with the smallest at the upper tip and increasing in scale toward the bottom, creating a strong sense of balance and movement.

The graphic natural pattern of Zebra Jasper is paired with substantial silver details and disciplined bench work, giving this handcrafted pendant a bold yet refined presence.

Form & Wearability

Measuring approximately 2 inches in length, this pendant has enough scale to stand confidently as a focal piece while remaining versatile for regular wear.

The triangular stone sits slightly offset within the composition, with a subtle overhang of the sterling silver backplate adding dimension around the setting. Along one edge, solid silver beads gradually increase in size from top to bottom. The progression adds visual weight toward the base of the pendant and complements the angular shape of the Zebra Jasper.

Oxidation brings contrast into the bezel, beadwork, and surrounding silver details while emphasizing the natural black-and-white character of the stone.

Material & Studio Practice

This artisan sterling silver pendant is built individually within our Adirondack jewelry studio using traditional silversmithing tools and hands-on fabrication techniques.

The triangular Zebra Jasper is individually fitted within its inverted heart bezel before the backplate and graduating solid silver beads are assembled into the final composition. Each bead is deliberately positioned to follow the edge of the stone and create a controlled progression in scale.

The completed pendant is oxidized to deepen the recessed details and bring greater definition to the hand-fabricated silverwork.
